File unpaid Buyer to cancel charege fees
When buyer has not paid for the purchase item, you can File unpaid buyer at the transaction page to cancel the fees charged. File unpaid buyer available between 11 days to 20 days after purchase happen. in your items sold list, you can click the record to go to transaction detail page to do it during available period
